Judge in Full Bottomed Wig. The Missing Judge?

Found this vintage photograph in an antique store in Tanunda here in the Barossa.

A judge in full bottomed wig.

His legal attire looks like it is for a more formal/ceremonial occasion. Notice that he wears a lace jabot or richly laced cravat type neck wear with up turned collar; the gown or robe looks to be long with lace wrist ruffles, embroidery and fabric covered buttons. He’s wearing a bar jacket or vest underneath.

There is no name or identifying feature on the image. Does anybody know who this wisened and learned man is or might be?
